High-precision CO2 sensing solution for hazardous industrial environments

Product Overview: A robust, IP65-rated CO2 monitor designed for safety and process control. The system features integrated visual and audible alarms, supporting both standalone operation and industrial bus communication for seamless integration into existing control infrastructures.

Technical Solution: The project involved integrating a high-performance CO2 sensor into a legacy product ecosystem. By leveraging existing mechanical enclosures and modular electronic architectures, development costs were minimised and time-to-market was accelerated. The design was finalised in a single hardware revision, ensuring high reliability and full compatibility with existing client hardware.
